Only issues we experienced that would make this a 9 instead of ten was in dealing with Kristen the credit specialist. Maybe it was because Dan was on point every time and all the time so it may have made her look in the shadows. But, when dealing with her whether it was on the phone or through e-mail, it didn't seem like she had a desire to work for us. At one point, because of her inability to be clear and concise, it actually delayed our loan and it had to be redone because she did not give us an accurate picture or information about the document she was requesting. *letter from creditor about bill paid*. This issue delayed our loan approx 2 weeks.

The only thing that could be corrected would be the gathering of information, especially regarding the IRS. I was asked to provide copies of returns for 2013/2014 then a week or so later, I was asked for transcripts for those returns. It would have been less stressful to get the returns and the transcripts together at the same time.
Jennifer and Melissa were outstanding and answered all my question promptly.
Everyone was very help from the beginning and made me feel as if my loan was the only they were working on and it was top priority, Started with Sheryl, Jody and Cindi. When I did stop by a few times to the office before my loan was even completed, everyone else was so helpful as well.

The overall process of refinancing the house should typically take anywhere between 4-6 weeks. Our refinance; however, ended up taking just a few days shy of 3 months for us to finally sign our paperwork. There were so many times where we had to continually ask our loan specialist to keep pushing though the checklist, and at times we ended up just doing most of the communicating with the title company on our own due to his lack of assistance. The slowness of the process ultimately led us to asking Peter whether we had to take our business elsewhere for things to move at a more acceptable rate - at which point, things finally started rolling along quicker than they had been. We aren't the type to badmouth a company; however, with that said, we will most likely take our refinancing business elsewhere in the future.
