We could not have asked for a better professional to work with then Micheal Richardson, very seriously held our hand through out this exsperiance and made the process painless for us by answering everyone of our questions and calming our many anxieties. He answered out calls everyone and I do not believe I ever had to leave a voice mail.. very very cool guy! He deserves a promotion of some kind or a pay raise because he just that thorough and knowledgeable.Matthew Lang was also top notch in working with and we greatly appreciated his time and efforts at the beginning of our journey and the preqaulification stage. Veterans United has served us well. So many things to say... like getting exactly the rate we needed to be locked in, everything was in a timely manner, step by step. We ADORE our new home!!!
