Team was great. They were friendly and very professional. When they needed additional information, they notified us in a timely manner. The team made sure we had a smooth approval and closing by letting us know in advance what items and backup documents were needed for the underwriter's review.
My wife and I both thought that Jason and Forrest were great to work with and very efficient!

Zac Fitzgerald and his team were exceptional. I had a terrible experience last year with Bank of America but you made this experience painless and easy.
Everything was great do was Dustin and Jackie really went out of her way to help however she could and they had her running around as well however, I can't give you a 10 because your underwriting department lacked professionalism and there were documents they could have asked for long ago but forgot to and had us scrambling at the last minute. Just felt they were very inconsistent and waited pretty much till the last minute to send out requests for needed paperwork.
I would most definitely recommend VU to all my fellow Veterans. And anyone else that can use your services. My Family and I thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. We truly appreciate everything you done for us. Keep up the good work.
