She was always courteous and respectful. This was our second closing experience and it was a much better one thanks to VU and the exceptional staff!

Our loan process was smooth and it went quickly. What we appreciated most was that everything was exactly as it was explained to us...there were no hidden costs. We also liked dealing with one person throughout the entire process. The on-line process was easy to understand and easy to work with. It was convenient doing everything from the comfort of our home, not having to take off from work or run to an office to sign documents. Well done - atta boy!
