Justin, Andy and Brandon were extremely responsive and a joy to deal with. Entering the process my knowledge was at about zero. They helped clarify questions and the process and made it possible for my wife and I to complete it!
After I signed the closing documents I was called by credit collectors from vu to pay the current month on my old home loan. (I had been advised not to pay by vu). needs to be better communication or tracking system from vu.
