Eli allowed me to pepper him with questions and patiently answered. He was always available. Andrew addressed each concern. He offered to continued assistance after closing. They made it an easy process. We are so pleased.
If you want to buy a house, this is the way to go! They are helpful and very responsive. They will answer any questions you have and they will walk you through the process step-by-step. They said everything up for you. All you need to do is read and sign!
From the beginning going FHA we went through so many tasks, getting this and that form, and calling back and forth with Tyler. It's very stressful. And to almost not going through with the closing. Then, finding out going VA was great, and they got it approved and closed within a small amount of time. So grateful for this experience. One small suggestion.... VA loans should get a better interest rate then FHA. Veterans should be able to get at least 1 point better than FHA. In closing number were off, and we had to wait, and took a little more time than expected.
Lastly, VU did a great job of explaining, communicating and helping us understand and get through this process and we can't thank you ALL enough!!! Thanks again for your support and time. Job exceptionally done well!

There were some lapse in judgement or calculations made during the final steps of the mortgage refinance that caused undue stress to me and my family. Not to mention the fact that our loan office spoke to me rudely on the phone as if I was a child, because I inquired with another mortgage company about a better interest rate and then asked him if he could meet of beat it.
