It's hard for me to imagine if it's even possible to have had a better experience finding and financing a home. It was as if I pulled the A-team! Did my refi and loan was sold before first payment was even made .. letter was sent with very little notice to be able to change auto pay .

Our homebuying experience with Jon, Holli, Kyle, and Don - our real estate agent was fabulous. The whole team was a great help during this process and worked fantastically to help this process go as smooth as I've ever experienced.
my only recommendation is whether the client is cosigning with someone else or not that any and all potential documentation required for the underwriter to approve the loan be sent in an itemized list at the beginning of the process. this way the client can gather said documents they might need well before they are requested so there is no waiting on both sides as well as clarity on what the bank needs from the client. other than that I am pretty satisfied with everything else during this endeavor
