The appraiser sucked. They sat around for two weeks before putting a tidewater on the house for a marginal price difference in apprised and purchase price. That could have added a week till closing.I didn't have a spot for it, but jake tecklenburg would get a 10 from me. He did a great job keeping me informed on the status of everything. Im worried that getting some one like that was pure luck.Your fees are far to steep. Moving forward i will not be using vu again, mostly due to the high fees vu charges. I will also be strongly recommending my sailors look elsewhere.
