When Jake reached out to me I was already working with another lender, unlike the other lender Jake took the time to simplify the loan process and explain things. At that point on Jake was my guy until the end. Even when things were at the most chaotic and frustrating Jake always pulled through with his team and made it as seamless as he could. To say jake and his team are outstanding would be an understatement!
The entire Veterans United team was amazing and this was such an enjoyable experience. We will definitely work with them for any future needs and I will be recommending them to my active duty military and veteran friends.
More communication is my only complaint
Christie Thomas was very helpful in keeping us informed and on track with the loan process. I cannot say thank you enough for all the help the team has provided. If I were to do this again, I would hope these ladies, Amanda, Christie and Sarah would be the team assigned to process my loan.

Ellen and Genevieve also provided excellent customer service. On-line app allowed for communication of needed documents and status of process to keep us informed.
One suggestion would be to send an e-mail when request is being made on the app.Being a veteran, I was expecting a better interest rate though I know that falls somewhat on our present administration.
Very easy to work with, and updates you constantly throughout the process. Would definitely recommend for any type of home purchase.
