My loan officer, Nick, was there for me day and night. We hit a lot of hiccups with legal descriptions and timing of everything, but Nick was there for us every step of the way even taking time out of his schedule at home to work with us and see it through to the end. VU was able to get us good financing, at a good interest rate, all while keeping closing cost a low as possible. 10/10 would recommend to any veterans out there looking for financing options.
My loan officer Kennedy Kugle was not only able to blow any other lender out of the water in terms of financing, his impeccable service to Veterans deserves recognition of the highest accord. Late nights, weekends, holidays, I was telling him to take it easy but he wouldn’t stop trying to help and make my first home purchase as smooth as possible. And he succeeded because my real estate agent couldn’t stop talking about my purchase was one of the smoothest transactions he’s ever seen. Thank you so much Kennedy. If he ever joined the Army he’d be Soldier of the year, NCO of the decade material for sure.
Love the To-Do list, made the process simpler than I thought it was going to be. Everyone was very helpful in explaining each document.
The mis communication was only overshadowed by the lack of communication. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We are warning the entire unit to look elsewhere. We should have cut out losses and gone somewhere else.

Veterans United did an outstanding job of simplifying the home buying process. They were able to answer all questions and were great to work with!
For a first-time home buyer, the amount of people involved in the process was overwhelming. The entire process was definitely more stressful than I thought it would be. Correspondence from all parties was really good. Overall, the team did a great job providing their services in the time frame that I needed.
I got to say they were excellent that acted professionally I was me and my fiance were very satisfied with Ms Kimberly and Dustin my real estate lady and Rebecca a few other couples I can't remember the name but the whole team was there to go to the bathroom and that made me feel very special Miss Kimberly you are very awesome keep up the good work
