After Lance set a great expectation for VU during the pre-approval process, Brendan followed through by being knowledgeable, effective, pleasant, and accessible. Overall this was a painless experience. For a first time home buyer, the process can appear daunting, but with the support from Lance, Brendan, and Alexandra, it was easy.My only recommendation would be to add some additional options for real estate agents in this area.
I am extremely grateful for this team of people. They helped make an exciting but very stressful time go more smoothly than I could ever have hoped for. Each person cared how I was feeling and really talked to me about what I wanted and what I needed and really worked hard to get as close as possible to everything.
