The whole process was straightforward and simple from the initial phone call to closing. I stated my goals and my loan team made sure it happened. We had a few minor hiccups along the way that were no fault of VU or myself but we got all of them quickly remedied. I can't wait to be completely debut free outside of a mortgage and a vehicle payment for the first time since my divorce a decade ago. It's a huge weight off my shoulders and I can finally go back to living a life that doesn't require me to check my bank account a dozen times a day!
Thanks to Kenny and his team they were great inreasuring us that if we needed anything or had any questions they were there to take a way the worries a smooth transition transition all the way and was able to close on time great turnaround from start to finish what a relief to know that they had our back thanks for everything wife still crying Happy Tears 😂

Y’all’s team was just top notch when I googled Va home loans I didn’t think there was a shot in the dark I’d get it I had credit scores below a 600 fresh out of prison gaps in work history and this team pushed pulled fought and clawed jumped through 100 hoops for me and got me into this house.
