Very friendly and punctual company that takes pride in what they do. Has the feeling of a Family run/Local business, very smooth from day 1 to closing.
We found the loan officers assistant incompetent, having to fill out duplicate copies of paperwork which slowed the process. Also we had to explain to the assistant basically everything multiple times.
Overall experience was great. I did everything long distance and it went very smooth.
