Using Veterans united was the easiest part of buying our house.
Sometimes hard to get to talk to a loan officer about questions. They did respond when needed. My loan actually closed a few days later than expected. I don't know if it was because of workload....but I know I always provided my info within minutes or at most a couple of hours when needed. I wasn't in a particular hurry in my circumstance, but for some clients it might have really messed things up.
Planning on purchasing another home in 2025 and looking forward to working with Hanna and her team.
