They did a fairly good job. The only problems I had is that it was hard to contact certain people at Veterans United. Nevertheless, they still contacted me within 48 hours.
I really appreciate the helpfulness of my loan officer, she was always there to answer any questions I had or to help me thru all the paperwork. She did not act like I was a bother to her or that my questions were not important . She was great!
It's a great company, just not ideal with someone from the west coast trying to get things done east coast time.
