Underwriting was terrible and it seemed like there was one thing after another that came up to keep our closing date moving to the right. Questions needed to be asked by transaction coordinator to speed up underwriting like do you have a well.
Everything was great with our loan until it came to the day of closing. A huge error was made on behalf of the lender and there was no remorse really. Our loan was just passed onto another LO to deal with the rest of the loan.

Better use of online signature program would have made the process so much smoother. I was very lucky that I had a scanner and fax machine handy to use, others may not be so lucky. Digital signatures would be so much easier.
