Jeff Gordon is an asset to your company. I have never dealt with somebody as professional & courteous as Jeff. Jeff makes you feel like he truly cares about you and the outcome of your loan. Unfortunately in today's time most people are only at their jobs to do the job and go home. Jeff Gordon is a super-star to my family. This loan process started a year in advance as the building of the home took seemingly forever. Veterans United got as much done on the loan application as they could in the early stages to get an early approval completed. Unfortunately, some of the work we completed had to be re-accomplished because it was outdated by the time we actually closed on the house. All in all we got everything needed done, on both sides, in a timely manner. Thanks to the entire team for their help…and the gentle reminders!
