Because of them dropping the ball as the advisor kept telling me. Telling me it would close before Xmas I had made all arrangement for that. Then I was told someone forgot to order a IRS form. For that it caused me a lot of extra expense.
Jason explained everything and in ways I would understand.He's very good at his job.
