My team was extremely polite and worked very fast on an issues I had or to get answers to all my questions the only problem I found in the process was having to resend documents multiple times and asking if I needed to do certain things and being told no then halfway through the process being informed that I did indeed need to have it done

Shane and his team are by far the best help I’ve had ever buying or refinancing a home. They simplified it for me so I better understood something I have never done before or have done only one other time in my life. Definitely recommend working with them.

The entire team was great. I did not work with all of the team members as much as I worked with Nathan, but they all were great and our family loved the gift we received from Veterans United.
