With all that burden, I called Veterans United and was immediately assigned to Jay. He took charge of my account and gained my trust on the first call and beyond. He was a trooper, good spirited and full of kindness. Even the real estate agent said she will only work with Veterans United with all her future Veterans. I’m very pleased.
