As a USMC Veterans, I have been trying to purchase a home for a long time. No matter what I tried it seemed like there were too many doors getting closed on us. Veterans United has been totally the opposite of those other Veterans friendly groups. They guided me and gave me all the information I needed to qualify for a new home. From day one I was treated like a family member and was give the upmost attention. From the time I was introduced to a local realtor to the day we were given the keys, my family and I were taken care of.
I am a founder of a local Veterans group in our community and currently serving as its President. i went into this whole house buying this with very little information on how it all worked. When i first spoke with someone from veterans united it was a great call and i thought this would be a smooth process. i was seriously wrong. this was my first time going through this and the main thing i needed was communication, and i’d only hear from my “team” once a week and it was normally about how they screwed something up and my closing was going to cost me more and be moved back farther. the only good thing about veterans united was that their manager was very helpful every time i called to complain.
