Britt went above and beyond to help me get the home of my dreams. She was always there to answer my questions and made the process smooth from beginning to end!
I was very happy with the loan process, however i had one small bump in the road. in the middle of getting everythign together the loan team found out i had a well and then required a well test on top of the pest inspection. Neither of these would be a problem if they had just let me know up front that this was needed. I would encourage the team to ensure that for future cusotmers, that they make sure these items are addressed in the very beginning of the process.
This company and team are highly recommended in our book! We will be (and already have) sharing Veteran's United and Dustin to every veteran we know!Thank you, and God bless you all!
