Overall the whole team did exceptionally well. Kait was great, and I know that she was just doing her job, however, some of the personal stuff, I felt, was VERY unnecessary. All in all, I truly appreciate the fight she had to deal with, in order to make us, currently home owners!

Kris and his team were extremely communicative and supportive throughout this process. When my own agent was hard to reach and I was confused in the process, I knew I could reach out to Kris or Greg and get the clarification I needed. I knew we were in good hands throughout the entire experience.

Such wonderful people! Always so helpful and comforting through what can often be, a scary and overwhelming process! Any questions we had were always answered in a timely manner and we never felt like we "should" know the answer. I strongly recommend Ty Reese and Alyssa Schneiders! They took us through the process with no tears shed! It was a relatively short process compared to others I've been through. They did it all and kept us apprised of the status at each step along the way. If we ever do this again, they will be our first call!
