I have heard that with other VA loan providers such as USAA, you are always speaking with a new representative every time you call. I really appreciated having the same people to speak with and email every time I had an issue.

The only thing I didn't like too much was communicating with four different people. Everything went as smooth as possible. One of the people I didn't know was asking for information which made me cautious of releasing that information.
The only problem was when we signed papers for you to get tax forms, we did not think we needed to send them. I learned my lesson.....call and make sure!!
