There was a disconnect during the property lien search that I ended up resolving by contacting the attorney myself. Joel chalked this problem up to the fact that he isn't local even though a phone call was all that was needed to solve the issue.

There were several mistakes made in the paperwork, and I was told several times "this doesn't matter". I think it's sloppy, concerns me what other sloppiness I didn't catch. Otherwise, the service was good, polite, and professional.
