My Loan Originator, Gus Branda, was great. I am impressed with his expertise and processing. The only bad part was the closing period which happens to be the most stressful. I was delayed several days from getting into my home because of closing.

We weren't even notified there would be a service charge until a friend told us about it. It felt almost sneaky since there were so many banks that didn't charge that and it was easily waived when we asked about it. I'm sure many pay without even ask
