What a roller coaster of emotions. I went from being told no by one realtor to the next day having an amazing new realtor. A month after that, I was moving things out of my storage and into my home. Everything was easy on my end. Communication was excellent. Hell, they even kept me at ease when the closing date got pushed out later in the month of Jan. Overall, awesome. Thanks for helping provide stability for my children.

VU does a great job making the process simple and welcoming to everyone. No matter what you think you can do or not with what you have, VU will be patient and ahow you how to make your goals possible.
Joedi Herzog, our concierge, was spectacular. She reached out to us many times just to be sure we didn't have any question, and to offer any assistance required. She even got us all the information concerning water, power, tv, and garbage at our new home. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Very easy to complete the loan process, loan specialists were always available when we had questions.
Don't go through this company if you plan on doing a conventional loan. The appraisal company they go through (Opteon AMC, inc.) is incompetent and nearly caused the loan to not close. The appraisal was a month late and charged 1800 bucks. It took 56 days to close. Vets united did give a credit of 470 but didn't help with the three additional extension fees. Overall increased my loan cost and blood pressure.

If you’re pursuing a VA home loan, Veterans United will probably take good care of you. If, however, you’re pursuing a conventional home loan, I recommend going with another lender.
