Almost all paperwork that the management asked me for was sent back, in full, on the same day (most within the hour) or within 24 hours. That kind of poignancy and efficiency was not reciprocated. I was asked to send the same paperwork multiple times and- with the closing date being pushed 3 times- was still asked for paperwork the DAY BEFORE CLOSING. I find this unacceptable considering they had 3 months to let me know what was needed. I filled out my application and sent in all the requested paperwork, bank information, family information, history, finances, etc. in September, went under contract the beginning of November, didn't close until almost mid December, and they STILL asked me for paperwork that was included in and part of the application process back in September and for new documents that could have been asked for sooner.
Alex's assistant Gloria, however, was always available for me when I called, apologetic when something seemed to be a mistake or an error, and helpful.
I would like to thank everyone that was involved with the process of purchasing the home for my family. Everyone was professional, prompt, and very courteous throughout the process. Wheter it be the weekend or weekday, both Morgunn Skipworth and Steve Wittrock answered any concerns that me and my family may have about anything. It was a pleasure working with both of them and everyone else.
I loved working with Janice. She took my husband and I out ant time we wanted to go look for a home which was about every weekend for about three weeks. She was very professional and always called me back right away when I would call her. She is a very nice lady and we like her very much.
