The process was a lot longer than it should have been. Some off it due to the lack of knowledge of the national title company doing title work.

Felt a better Interest rate could have been realized. This may be a combination of an uneducated buyer and the V.U. policy in stressing a higher locked in rate even after the lock-in form was not signed initially.
