well, Kelly Foote was our Home loan specialist. She was very professional and resourceful. She made the process so much easier. She was outstanding.
Better communication regarding loan status after docs have been submitted is recommended. We went two weeks without any contact from VU regarding our refinance status and then found out that we would close later than initially told.
