Great experience all around. As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated the effort the team put into making this a great experience. When we first started walking through the process, Emily was great and answered all of our many questions and was very informative and educated on the process and the path forward to homeownership. Rynda was very knowledgeable on the admin and financial documentation requirements and answered all of our questions with the portal site and was very helpful and kept good communication with us throughout the process. Shawn was great and always made sure we were happy and understood each step of the process and did an amazing job overseeing all steps and took the time to explain things to us when needed. Thank you all for everything!
P.S. The portal is a great tool to help keep you on track with all required documentation/admin and relived a lot stress knowing we were on track.
