My experience with VUHL was exceptional and painless . Every body was very responsive , knew what they were doing and responded in a timely manner.
Despite being over 1000 miles away, I truly felt that my loan officer team was by my side throughout the whole loan process. Any time there was questions or issues, they were always at the ready to help or figure out a solution.
Sam Bromley was really helpfull and his instructions made buying a short sale really easy!
Kody was awesome. He kept us in the loop every step of the way.

nick kundert is excellent and the team that stands beside him is excellent as well. I feel that nick should be someone who train incoming loan officers (he has excelled the job and title of loan officer) to get them to be just like him. he is great!
They were very nice people. Just didn't know what they were doing and held up my closing by a week and a half.
Once I applied for the home loan, I was immediately contacted and the process began. I was referred to an real estate agent and we began looking for houses within the same week.
