The whole experience was very smooth! Everything was easy to follow, instructions were direct and timeline accurate.
The process was very easy from the first phone cal until my closing date. Jon and Kendall made things super easy and were always available when I needed them.
Overall the whole experience was painful. While I do appreciate the end result and everyone was doing their best, it felt like it was the first time anyone handled the paperwork of an actual loan.
