There was a severe lack of detailed communication about the process, what was needed and mishandled document processing on your side which resulted in SEVERAL closing delays. Also a lack of response to questions from us and our realtors.

We had to change loan officers mid home purchase and the experience improved at that point. Still, we feel like it would not be worth risking that a friend might end up with the same people that made our initial experience so frustrating and negative
