the only think that confused me for a few days was when Adam came into the picture and then was back out. I was a little concerned with duplicating some of the paperwork between Adam and Chris, but it all worked out in the end okay.

My overall experience was excellent. Andrew and Jeremy were great to work with. Extremely helpful, professional and polite. My only minor complaint was how last-minute some of the paperwork was which delayed the closing process.
