This was my third time with Veterans United and it was great yet again. They don't leave you in the dark on anything!
It seemed as if I had to jump through so many hoops to accomplish something. There was so many different issues that I feel like I caught myself, and If I didn't catch them, no one would have. Between information wrong on the underwriting, over charging me for appraisal, random "to-do's" that with any common sense could have been avoided. I think the problem is I worked with so many different people when realistically it could have been done by one. Though it was a rough process, everyone was very nice and Allie was always there to save the day.

Second time using VU. It was night and day different from the first. Multiple members of the team openingly admitted to not know exactly what documents they were looking for. However knew they need something to check a box. Loan coordinator had trouble answering questions, leaving me less then confident in the process.
This whole process was easy and this team got me into my first home!
