As a USMC Veterans, I have been trying to purchase a home for a long time. No matter what I tried it seemed like there were too many doors getting closed on us. From day one I was treated like a family member and was give the upmost attention. From the time I was introduced to a local realtor to the day we were given the keys, my family and I were taken care of.
I am a founder of a local Veterans group in our community and currently serving as its President. The back and forth of establishing a close date was frustrating. Kevin was doing his best but your title company failed you miserably and repeatedly. I like Levin and felt like he was working for us and I definitely felt like the VA rate was better than the market.
