We recently refinanced with Veterans United Home Loans using the same loan officer, Nathan Bitner, who has been with us since the very beginning. He has always been wonderful, honest, and genuinely looking out for our best interests. This is now our third time financing a home with him, and there’s a reason we continue to come back. First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.
Everything was Fantastic
I really enjoyed working with Veterans United. The people are nice. You can always get hold of someone if you have questions. Their response times are quick. They will sit and explain any quedtuin you might have, and not make you feel like and idiot. The only thing I had an issue was the amount of people that would call, text or email me saying that they are part of my team. I did feel like I didn't know who I should call first about certain questions. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.
