Bought Michael and Amber were very efficient and everything was very smoothly. The explain everything to me and I didn’t know how to wait long for an answer to any question or concern ahead. They were on top of everything.!
Want to know what clutch means? Look it up then put Ryan Schuermann’s name next to it. First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.

John and his team have been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Buying a home is already stressful enough but they have been nothing short of amazing and ensured a smooth process.
This is the second time working with Fahad and his team and just as before they were absolutely the best! They make everything stress free and easy! Would totally recommend 💯%
Was a smooth process start to finish. The entire team answered my questions timely and kept me informed throughout.
Also was able to close with 0$ . I know that almost never happens when buying but it worked out!
