The whole team was amazing throughout the entire process. From the loan officer, Whitney, who walked me through every step, to Jake, who helped with underwriting, everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. No matter how many questions I had — and I probably asked over fifty — they always responded quickly and with patience. Allie also made frequent calls to make sure everything was going smoothly with utilities and helped connect me with anyone I needed along the way. The entire team made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I truly appreciated their communication, support, and dedication from start to finish.

I can only say my recommendation for your company is the very highest. All of your people that dealt with me were outstanding. Your Internet website is very user-friendly. I liked it very much. The concierge Function was new to me and so very helpful. Great idea. The loan coordination was very user-friendly and greatly helped keep the process going in the right direction at all times. It was a team effort and I have only positive things to say about each member of the team. They did a great job.
My entire team was GREAT! My loan officer-Shawn, helped me understand a lot when it came to DTI which I will use moving forward. He answered all questions and was readily available when needed. Troy- my real estate agent- I could go on and on about him. He was a GEM, very patient and understanding. My concierge-Gavin, made sure if I needed anything he was ready to assist and my loan coordinator - Marina answered all my questions whenever I had any. I would recommend this team to anyone - they seemed to really care!

The lending team assigned to me had a month and a half to close, they failed to do so in that time. Because of it the seller ran into problems and had to extend the time I could close and move in. Had to open a credit card that I did not want because they couldn't secure the loan without me doing so after I was already approved for the loan. I was also moved multiple times from representative to representative to the point where I didn't know who to contact for what issue I was having. Seemed like problem after problem. The only good was my assigned Concierge.

This was a very difficult experience. I have purchased three homes in my life. I was really praying that the fact that the company used "Veterans" would be more conducive to taking care of business. It was not up to par.

Want to know what clutch means? Look it up then put Ryan Schuermann’s name next to it. First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.
