Working with Veterans United was a smooth process, everything was detailed and easy to understand. When I had questions they were always answered in a timely manner even the easy I should already know questions. The home buying process is as easy as it gets with VU and I’m glad to be typing this from the comfort of my new homes. As a first time homeowner I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Want to know what clutch means? Look it up then put Ryan Schuermann’s name next to it. First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.
