I heard some not so pleasant experiences from other prior to using VU yet over the few years I worked with a variety of people, I had not one person that was unprofessional. Best part for me was I was completely blind and unknowledgeable to the home buying process yet everyone took their time to make sure I was educated on my options. Merrie was the bomb dot com! We will definitely be using her assistance when the next home comes into play. She pushed for our extra “bells and whistles” and made sure we were getting everything that we could within our rights. She called us daily, weekly and emailed us with any updates if needed. This is my second experience buying a house with VU and they just keep getting better!
The appraisal and underwriting process was a nightmare. Underwriting was nit picky and we had to jump through unrealistic hoops. I did not feel that we were supported during this process. We voiced our frustrations and were met with an attitude that it wasn’t that bad .
Great job from everybody everybody was personable and made me feel great. Great we ended up with a great home and we have no regrets. Absolutely love the team.
