Everything was great. Todd was a little hit or miss honestly. Wasn’t super amazing at answering calls or texts. Only complaint I have is that when we closed and the house was ours, the moment didn’t feel amazing because it was just a phone call and it excluded my wife. Since this is the first house we bought, we would have liked something a little more magical.
Working with Amy Carder on my home purchase was great, she made the home buying process much easier, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

I didn’t live in the area so it was great to have a team that coordinated every detail from pre approval, home inspections, loan approval and closing. This ended up being such a a great experience. When I told my friends I was using a VA loan I was told good luck with that it's a pain. I can now tell them they are 100% wrong. This ended up being a pretty easy process. The team checked in on me through the process and made sure I had everything I needed.

This is a very well organized establishment. People who work here at the VU has hearts for your plan of purchasing home. They will serve you at a 100, 200% bestest. If you are just thinking about it, just reach out to one of the reps and they will scoop you up and take you in and put you one a right path for you to move forward. Dont be scared like I was because the VU teams will always have your back and they will make sure you dont go through so much by yourself.
