I really appreciated how easy VU made this whole process. Moving across the country and buying a house are both stressful, and I appreciated everything the VU team did to help me.I will absolutely use VU again if/when I buy my next house!
Overall communication was good with team members. I do not like that the interest rate locks in so soon as I seen rates dip a little bit over my process and closing costs fluctuate so often. Not sure what a VA appraisal (and home inspections) look for in total but I found a few things myself afterwards that should have been pointed out by a professional that I know are not correct for a home.

Dealing with veterans unites made the whole process so easy for buying our first home I couldn't imagine any other way. But my team on the other hand wasn't on top of talking back there were times I didn't get responses back for day's or even at all. My team also wasn't paying attention Like they should have at the end they had multiple other inspections that pushed out closing date back because they didn't pay attention it was a hassle. But overall I would go through them again.
