

Our refinance process took longer than expected. But, our loan specialist, Rick Bridgman, got us through hurdles we encountered along the way. For future reference, following up and keeping on top of the loan process is recommended to avoid falling through the cracks.

We settled on Friday, December 17 with the funds scheduled to be disbursed on Wednesday, December 22. Followed up with James Vance of Lance's team re: disbursement timing and why neither our old mortgage or us had received payment. His response, "Title should have everything needed to send payment. You may have to reach out to the Title Company to check with them!" Felt like we were left high and dry without an advocate. We did reach out to the Title Company as he suggested but the response too was unsatisfactory. As of today, Monday December 27 no disbursement has been made.

After further investigation on your behalf, our teams discovered and contacted you to provide that the county office was closed for the holidays until the 27th.
