A 10 is too low of a score. This team deserves at least a twenty. I felt comfortable with them from my first contact all the way through to closing. All I had to do was DocuSign some documents every now and then. No question was considered silly or dumb. They answered them all. I loved the fact that they kept me in the loop throughout. I will certainly tell others about Veterans United. I can't say enough about my buying experience through VU.

You did an excellent job of checking in with me and my family to see how we were doing. Even after we closed on the house, you stayed in touch to ensure that everything was in order on our end.
Veterans United has the system down pat! I have been told not to use them because of perceived lack of flexibility compared to independent loan officers in my town, and I ignore them because of Ryan’s team both for this and my former home purchases.
