While the process was tedious, and tiring, Veterans United made sure to explain the reason why they needed what was being asked for and furthermore made sure I was making the best decision for my family and I. Then entire team was beyond amazing. James and I may have played phone tag many times but if hr couldn’t get in touch with me he would make sure he tried other ways of communication. I would most definitely 10/10 recommend Veterans United. Thank you all again.

Great folks…… just a bit to many. I actually got confused on who to reach out to. However it’s better to have more than less.
This is to James, I know times are different with Covid.
However I’m kind of old school…I would have enjoyed meeting him and after. Buy a home is a big deal for some folks. I would have been greatful to have thanked him in person. For me…..getting to thank him at the end of this would have been great.

Had no idea buying a home was so time consuming and complicated. Drew and the folks at Veterans United kept me on track, but I feel this process has much room for simplification.
Would recommend VU for your home buying process just make sure you have all paperwork and forms you may need even after you’re clear to close. For ex. Last min at the closing table they needed and LES and mypay was down but had I know in advance I would’ve needed it there wouldn’t have been an extra 4 hours waiting at the title company.
