Each of the people on my loan team were ALWAYS very respectful and easy to deal with. I was kept informed of progress made and documents needed. If it could be smoother, I don't know how!

My experience working with Veterans United was a super easy process. I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help!
