Veteran's United truly meant our needs. Another mortgage company quoted us a higher interest rate and failed to tell us that interest rates had dropped. Veteran's United quoted us the lower rate from the beginning. The loan officers made sure the refinance process ran smoothly. We were always in contact with the loan officers via phone and email. We could even text them, amazing right. I definitely recommend Veteran's United to anyone. Ask for Bobbie Hafford to be your loan officer, you will not be sorry!
I would encourage all service members & Veterans to start the home buying process with Veterans United. From day 1 until closing I was blown away at the positive experience I had. The wonderful team was so helpful and a joy to work with. Multiple times my realtor and the title company expressed how impressed they were with the Veteran United team. Despite the long, tedious process to finally becoming homeowners again, from start to finish, Dylan, Ryan, Meredith, and Mason were a great team.
Think twice before using this company! They will be extremely nice to suck you in but once they know they have your service then they are so impersonal. The loan officers will have nothing to do with you and has all communication sent to the concierge staff. This company does not put personal communication high on their list. The care more about making money then taking care of the customer. They will just take the time to send you an email instead of personally reviewing the process and forms with you as a customer. I would never recommend proceed at your own risk!!!
