I was always checked on, I had a lot going on and I was met with texts, emails, and reminders without frustration. I always could reach out for ANYTHING and I was met with a very positive attitude which was nice for a change because I really didn't have a clue. Just outstanding professionalism from day one to closing. Helped to explain the intracies of the Veteran Administration Loan Program and guided us with integrity throughout the process.
