Veterans United truly help me as it disabled veteran. I’m on a lot of medications. I have ongoing seizures and I have memory lapses trying to navigate these medical conditions plus many more side effects for the medication’s and many more other military injuries I am trying to learn how to cope and learn to live my life with these conditions. Having lost everything my house, my cars, my job due to all my injuries, bills raking up and finally getting my life somewhat together when the VA comes through and then trying to get back on my feet, somewhat. Buying a home is the last thing you want to try to battle with all the conditions in medications you’re already battling with, your family is right there next to you and they have to feel and fight right next to you and that hurts you even more specially when you have kids. you know you can go out there and fight. You have the heart the training when you have to see your family suffer. They don’t train you for that, veterans United truly made the experience of purchasing a home to the VA loan system a lot easier they have an entire team, that is understanding and patient and is really looking out for you and you’re not able to make the right decisions at times they will advise you in the right direction. They will not put you in a bad situation. They’re there to truly help you. Mine was a long journey , I had to go through many homes and many denials, but they were there for me. They kept my spirits up. They have concierge that help you with the most minimal of things. I have purchased three homes in my lifetime before my injuries, I didn’t know how difficult this would be due to my medical conditions and if it was not for veterans united and they’re awesome team, I would not be able to be here to say these words and have a home again and be able to provide for my family.Thank you

It was a very easy process where you are kept informed during the whole thing. We were constantly getting updated and answered quickly with all of our questions.
99.9% Outstanding. The last couple days were the only shortcoming with incorrect documents (wrong job titles and employment information)...and the "answer" cannot be: "either sign and close today or we'll have to start all over with our underwriting." How about submit the proper information the first time and check up on it throughout the process?
From start the to finish the process was great. I only wish we could have found a realtor sooner but it was on us. We were late to decide where we were moving. Cal and his entire team checked on us through the process. We felt confident in our lender. Other lenders feel so scattered and all over the place. Ours was so together.
