The fact that these ratings can only go up to 10 is my only dissatisfaction with this home buying process. From where I began this process, the only knowledge I possess is "Lots of money and big words everywhere" to having a detailed explanation and understanding of many of the steps to utilizing VA benefits, using the VA home loan, and other universal steps to buying a home, Veterans United, Heidi, Nicole, and the rest of the team have given me more support than I ever had thought possible. I cannot recommend Veterans United more even if I was given 100 years to invent new words to describe how supportive the team I was placed with had been. I will absolutely recommend Veterans United to any and all of my friends, family, and coworkers that are considering using their VA home loan, and I will 100% recommend Heidi and her amazing team. Thank you all for everything! :)

Very good experience with VU, Jody and Jeff.
Every "bump" in the road was explained and overcome. The entire process went quite quickly considering the complexity of a loan application. The step-by-step check off list made it easy to understand what was required.
It was a pleasure working with both of them.

My credit was pulled way early in my purchasing timeline without a warning. Every lender in the country called me for 2 weeks. My Apple Watch battery died cause I kept getting calls. Wasn’t Jon’s fault, he took care of me after my small complaint. Overall, great experience, this was my 2nd time using VU.
