The only reason I wouldn’t recommend is because I feel like I could’ve possibly gotten a better rate somewhere else. As I understand interest with the interest being more than the cost of the house if I wait 30 years to pay it off is crazy insane to me.
WOW! We were so lucky to have the team we worked with through VA Home Loans! From our real estate agent to our loan officer, every single member of the team made us feel like family and their knowledge and expertise put all of our fears to rest. As a home buyer who had not yet moved to the island they went above and beyond in their dedication to finding us the perfect home and we are so impressed with them that we will definitely use them in the future! They embodied the Hawaiian spirit of what "Ohana" means by treating us like family every step of the way and we know that we made lifelong friends in the team we worked with!

I did experience some anxiety with my closing date being not approved until the day prior to closing.
Otherwise, I am grateful for all the services offered. I am very appreciative of the loan being approved prior to the closing date. I was very happy to have the loan for my forever house. I cannot thank Veterans United enough for this home loan.

Veterans United made buying a house while my spouse was deployed so stress-free. The whole team was wonderful to work with.
