Once I got my credit up and got my pre-approval, my loan team was always there to help me and explain anything I asked about.

The entire experience with Veterans United wasn't like a loan officer and loan specialist, it felt like friends helping each other. Look, for us veterans being genuine is huge. We can sniff it out when you aren't, and the entire team was rock solid genuine. I never had hesitation about anything. We finally did it! It was a little bit hairy at the end. There was some miscommunication between the title company and the loan company and it resulted in a significant backup for moving, and that created an issue with loss of work hours for that day.
