I can say enough good things about this team. They definitely made me feel like they were just a phone call away and took the time to learn more about my family and are schedule in order to make sure we were getting all the info that we needed but not at the cost of interrupting are daily life. The constant support via phone calls, text messages, and emails defiantly made me feel like they were working as hard as they could and wanted me and my family to get into the house and moving on to the next chapters of my family's life as much as we did.
Going through Veterans United was probably the best move that my family could have made. Each person that I spoke with was kind and respectful and willing to help as needed. The entire process of the loan was great and informative from the loan officer (Spencer Wesson), the underwriter (Trenton Monnig), right down to the closing company assigned (Craig Fite). Everyone was very knowledgeable and let you know every step that Veteran United was making throughout the loan. Also very patient.
