The beginning was great. Everything moves so quickly but towards the end, my team lost all contact with me for 2 to 3 weeks. I left messages emails. They said my file got erased and they had no way to contact me the date of closing, but still documents also weren’t filled out properly, the ones that were filled out we weren’t 100% accurate and it made it a complete mess. Very stressful towards the end and closing day

Everyone was available thru email text or phone. They contacted me to check in and kept me up to date on status. The real estate agent was very helpful and she even checked in with me to see if I needed her to help me do anything. The whole process was long but everyone made it easy.
Nonetheless, the whole team made my 1st time home buying experience great. Tim definitely went the extra mile for me. I would not have made it through the process without him and his professionalism and his dedication.
Aside from Veterans United this was a challenging process. Derek and Alyssa were the most reliable of everyone involved! When a hurdle arose, they were rock solid in supporting us pass them. I am so glad thew were on my team!
