Even though it is a long-drawn-out proposal until closing is complete, don't get frustrated. Veterans United keeps you informed about where everything is at and answers any questions you may have. It had been many years since applying for a home loan but just wanted funds for a garage/shop, and I had been seeing the VU ads and figured I'd give them a try, I think the entire process took about a month and it seemed fairly seamless. At the end I liked that the notary would come to you or meet wherever.
Everything went great except up to the last minute. When there was a computer problem, but they managed to work around it. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience on purchasing my new home.
