Honestly I had a great experience with the team.

Everything was great! Marcus, Haley and Dalton were awesome through the whole process. This was our second time utilizing VU. and would do it again! Communication from everyone was great and all our questions were answered. They made the home buying experience less stressful! I think the most stressful part was picking the right home. Everything else was a breeze working with the team that we had. Thank you all for the support and team work for our house buying experience!

At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.


This has been a really stressful experience. I feel like I’ve went through every emotion imaginable and honestly glad it’s finally over. The no communication, constant emails without calls to explain anything. I honestly feel like if I would’ve went with another lending company I would’ve closed a lot sooner with less issues that happened during the closing process.
