Went as smoothly as possible
My recommendation would be to not make promises that are out of VU's control. The last couple of weeks were very stressful with determining the actual closing date. This effected a great deal of planning and logistics. Without the early move in option that the realtor suggested we would have been in trouble. I will thank Scott and team though for stepping up and suggesting that perhaps VU'd could help cover the cost of a temporary stay in the area; that alone help lower some anxiety.
The whole team did a great job and we appreciate their hard work and attention to detail through the whole process.

Just really want to say how grateful I am for all of those who played a part in my home purchase. Ali was so helpful and my family and I couldn’t say thank you enough.
I recommend creating a home checklist to be completed in the beginning stages to let Veteran’s United know what all the house contains (they were unaware that the property contained a pump house for well water which led to the closing date being pushed back a couple of days due to a water quality test needing to be sone before closing. Overall, I had a great first time home buying experience!!
