If you want good communication, Veterans United representatives who truly act as your advocates, and on-time delivery, Veterans United is the lender of choice. I've always believed in the cliche, Do what you say and say what you do. Veterans United lives and breathes it every day. I am very thankful for the opportunity of homeownership. Admittedly a few years ago, I never thought I would be in this position and Veterans United made it happen. Thank you. I’d like to thank Megan and Michael for helping me achieve homeownership again after 15 years of renting. I love my new home and the mortgage payment is less than the current rent I was paying. Excellent communication and Megan was truly an advocate through the process. Hats off to the team at Veterans United Home Loans. I will never look at my service as an individual accomplishment. I was successful because of those around me. So for everyone I encountered in the Air Force, thank you for making this home possible.
I believe the $12k I had to pay out of pocket did not represent a no money done 100% Disabled Veterans with over a 700 credit score. My interest rate is too high and my $3500 origination fee is as well. I was lied too.

This was my third time using VU for my home loan. They are awesome. Their app makes the whole process easy. You simply check the app for any, "To Do" items, take care of those items and the next thing you know, you get the, "Clear to close." Hoarce Johnson and Evan Heath did an outstanding job getting my loan approved. They both stayed in touch, ensuring all my questions or concerns were addressed on a timely manner. I would highly recommend (and have recommended) VU to anyone I know who is looking to buy a house.
After a long struggle figuring out what job to take and where to live, we finally made our way to Tennessee. We said no to many and found the right home for us, our fur babies, and our plants. This is my second time buying a home but the first time using veterans united and I will always use veterans united in the future if I end up moving on. It was the easiest process using VU which was such a relief for me.They were there every step of the way to answer any questions, explain things multiple times if needed, lol. They were great people to work with. Always quick to respond and usually could answer any questions I had as they came up through the process. I also liked that they had a no B.S. approach to everything and was straight forward and transparent through to the end.
