We had not purchased an existing home in 25 years; our last home was built and there is a big difference. Lance was great... Markita too. No problems with your ability to do a loan and communicate with the Realtor and buyer. It's only the 3 month rule of the termite inspection being expired when California allows 4 months... and being really picky on items needing fixing when it is hard enough to get a Veteran a home in a sellers market as the Bay Area mostly is.
