I was very happy with everyone that I worked with at Veterans United except for Landon. Landon had many troubles getting back with me about questions that I had during the process of buying a home. I would text and call and he would take days to respond, and then respond only after I spoke with my realtor about his complacency. Landon was also pushing hard to get the "closed sale" when I had explained several times that I would not close until the repairs were done.
Overall, I would still highly recommend Veterans United.
I recommend Veterans United to anyone wanting to purchase a house. I had a great experience with Rusty Burney from beginning to end. It took me over a year to find the perfect house and Rusty kept in touch with me and resubmitted my paperwork to keep me in an active status while I was house shopping. I could not have asked for more or better service. I was pleasantly surprised that my loan is with Veterans United and not sold to another mortgage company.
