I was a special case coming from the UK and going through the homebuying process while across the pond made communication somewhat challenging. I had to use a family members phone number for my profile due to not having a US phone number and on multiple occasions I stated I would not have direct access to the phone number and email was the best way to contact me, but some VU individuals still attempted to contact me via phone.

The process was tedious but thorough. The service was friendly, personable, professional, and always available. They were very helpful in all aspects of purchasing our new home. Mike Rahmoeller was great to work with. He was good at getting back to me when I had questions, even on his time off. We only had one minor problem, which was with the VA not working as quickly as we wanted. But Mike and the rest of the team maintained constant communication to help us get through this process, which was very stressful.
