It took me over a year to find the perfect house and Rusty kept in touch with me and resubmitted my paperwork to keep me in an active status while I was house shopping. I could not have asked for more or better service. I was pleasantly surprised that my loan is with Veterans United and not sold to another mortgage company. We had not purchased an existing home in 25 years; our last home was built and there is a big difference. Also, times and rules have changed and I cannot say enough about how the combination of technology and people made us feel as if VU was with use every step of the day. There was give and take across the board and we are so very happy with our new home, which was purchased as our retirement home, we are grateful and thankful. Will recommend you to anyone who asks. Oh my goodness we did not expect the paperwork process and buying process to go as easy as it did with your team. They were quick to respond and notify us when things were needed additionally and the portal was so easy to use to upload the documentations. They were also very responsive if we had questions or needed more information with where we were at with the process as we went through it and worked so hard to help us get into our new home! We couldn't have asked for a smoother home buying process.

We purchased our first home and could not have done it without Veterans United! The entire team, especially Kevin Reichert, the process was painless and gave us our dream to put down roots as a military family.
Harley was great and Jordan as well definitely a great team that made this whole process so smooth. I was dreading it at first but they were very communicative and easy to get a hold of.
