Derek Kriegshauser was incredible to work with. The entire loan process was smooth from start to finish with absolutely zero complaints. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt confident things were being handled correctly. Phenomenal experience all around!
Piece milled the process and it was a bit confusing due to the fact that he would ask for something after he just told me we have everything we need this happened 2 to 3 times. Also someone went on and I was unable to get a hold of them for a week
