I have been trying to use my VA Home Loan multiple times and failed to follow through to completion multiple times but this did not deter or weaken Veterans United resolve on assisting me with finding a home. If you are on the fence just put 1 foot after the other and give them a go and you might get surprised.

It took me over a year to find the perfect house and Rusty kept in touch with me and resubmitted my paperwork to keep me in an active status while I was house shopping. I could not have asked for more or better service. I was pleasantly surprised that my loan is with Veterans United and not sold to another mortgage company. We had not purchased an existing home in 25 years; our last home was built and there is a big difference. Also, times and rules have changed and I cannot say enough about how the combination of technology and people made us feel as if VU was with use every step of the day.
