From the moment of my first call to the moment of my last email, Albert has been a wonderful and knowledgeable person to take me through these processes of buying a home with a VA Loan and then refinancing to a lower rate. Everything was answered, explained, and documented online in an easy-to-use system. I would do my list of "Things To Do" and as quickly as I got my tasks done, we were onto the next step in the process. It was a whirl wind, and in the end, I landed in a wonderful home with a pool in Florida.
