It is not often that I have the honor and pleasure in writing about a company’s outstanding performance. However, there are two individuals in your employ who have demonstrated professionalism, diligence, emotional investment, and pure character in the performance of their duties. The two individuals I write of are Ms. Julia Cobb and MS. Gray Grimm. These two ladies have gone above and beyond in earning my business, total respect, and my gratefulness. The loan they had undertaken with me to say the least was not the easiest. I as a customer have been extremely emotional to say the least. I have been on the edge of my chair throughout the entire process from qualifying, to being bullied by the builders agents. These ladies have spent numerous hours on the phone calming me, reassuring me, explaining my rights as a veteran and just being genuinely concerned.
