Very caring and understanding. Very thorough. I am more than pleased with how the process went. .

I highly recommend VU to anyone in need of getting refinanced. We started in January but our credit needed some tweaking before we got started. They gave us advice and we followed it and it worked. Our only hang up was our solar panels which took longer than expected with the title companies but finally signed and received our money quickly.Thanks again.
