I just want to state how happy we were when Joey and Jessia took over our account. They made it pain less and explained every detail to us. They made the process easy.
All in all a smooth process. Thanks

Neil and Roxanne were amazing. They handled all of my concerns quickly. They were extremely professional even when I got discouraged with the process. I couldn't ask for a better team to help me finally reach this milestone in my life. Thanks again to everyone that assisted me throughout this process. I already referred one friend to veterans united and I will gladly refer many more.
Blake Weisenfelder was incredible throughout the whole process. Not only did he assist in getting us the home we wanted, he went out of his way to guide me in increasing my credit score and worked countless hours of overtime to ensure me and my family were taken care of. You should give him a raise and no he did not tell me to say that! I am so impressed with VU and have no problem recommending you to any of my Veteran friends and family. Thank you so much.
Nathan Smith was a pleasure to work with, he made the paperwork part so much easier.

I cannot say enough about Dan, Roxanne and the rest of your staff. You have definitely helped change our lives and we will forever be grateful. Dan was completely informative with any questions that we had. Roxanne, wow, she really has made this whole process very easy for me and my wife Jenny. She always had an instant answer for any of our emails and was never hesitant on any concerns. Thank you all from the Lucky's.
I have already given Veterans United phone number out to 3 veterans I know, as far as I know they have made contact and were instucted when to recontact to start the process, they have to be out of service and in a new job for a year.
Steve Kincheloe and James Hilt provided professional, courteous, and excellent service. They were knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and situation. I would highly recommend them and Veterans United Home Loans.

My loan officer, Mitch Casteel was outstanding in every way throughout the loan process. Mitch's professionalism was evident throughout. This, along with his concern for my success and being on top of things ensured an extremely smooth loan approval. I have only the highest praise for Mitch. He is a top notch individual who deserves to be recognized for his work. Thank you, Veterans United Home Loans!
ashleigh sumner and her team was a vital component to the success of us getting our home in alaska. She truly set the standard and we would definitely love to work with her again!
I have been an active duty service member for almost 30 years and am preparing to retire from the service and transition into civilian life. I have moved all over the United States, including Alaska and have never had "geographical stability" and therefore never purchased a home because moving every 3 to 4 years is stressful enough without adding the additional burden of selling a home. So after all these years and finally ready to settle down with my family we prepared to utilize our VA loan certificate and purchase a house. without hesitation I called my "military friendly" bank and spoke to a loan officer, he stated that because I was retiring in less than 12 months I could not use my VA certificate to purchase, the entire conversation lasted less that 5 minutes. keep in mind I have banked with this company for many years, have made several auto loans with them as well as carry my auto and renters insurance with them. in addition I have excellent credit and am a senior enlisted member in my branch of service. I called Veteran United and it was smooth sailing from the first phone call with Kris Maple to the last phone call with Jonathan Lucas , and I am writing this email from the comfort of our new home. I will recommend Veterans United to every service member that I can.
Chris Holdman needs to learn better customer service skills and put them to use. If a veteran is calling him for assistance for documentation that he or his loan team tells the veteran to obtain then he needs to be a LOT more open minded and helpful in helping the veteran obtain that said information. The real estate agent (for us and the sellers), VUHL, and some of the other parties made this whole process challenging. Dawn Plank was the only true bright spot for VUHL outside of the administrative staff who answered and forwarded phone calls. It is hard for me, looking back at my experience, to find much positive to say about this experience. This is my 2nd home purchase and I have to say that this purchase was much more difficult than the first. Not all of the fault was VUHL's but it was certainly a part of the problem.
